I had an appointment scheduled, but when I called to confirm it they said that I did not have one scheduled. Also, the problem that I was experiencing wasn't something that could be put off and you would think people wouldn't turn you away when you have a serious issue happening. I don't think that I needed to tell them that. It was self explanatory. But in order for me to get an appointment I had to explain the need for one right away. I was very frustrated by this.
