When I got to service, I was told I would be updated on progress, I wasn't. I want asked when the problem occurs, so they could not find the issue. I was having a problem with my breaks making a grinding sound, for the first 15 minutes or so of driving. This started in winter about 4-5 months after owning the car, and was told it was condensation build up and it's normal. When I asked why it didn't happen the first few months, the answer was just repeated.
