I called to have a damaged tire evaluated and, if possible, repaired. While they were extremely busy, they were able to squeeze me in the late afternoon of the following day. They found the problem and were able to repair it that afternoon.

from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new VW ronnie and the entire staff were incredible. they did everything so quickly and very efficiently. i think I was in and out in about 3 hours -- it was by far the most enjoyable new car experience ever!
