I have been a customer for a long time. I have never been disappointed with the service received from management, sales or service. I have never had a problem getting the car in for service or a problem left unresolved.

Easy to schedule, communications and reminders are always timely and just enough information I need. Eric and Steve have been incredibly helpful, supportive and honest for every visit and call. This has been one brand experience that I’m happy to visit the service dept as needed - treated with respect and friendliness with a willingness to really figure out problems. Kudos to kaili as well, I don’t always have her working on my car I assume but would easily trust her for any work needed. Out of Porsche, Mazda, ford, Chevy, Subaru, (Pontiac) - VW has surprised me in a good way. Again, thanks to the team at Ken Ganley east.
