While very grateful to Eric and Kevin for getting my mom's car repaired on a timely basis and for allowing me to pick it up after the service department closed, the dashboard airbag warning light is on. The battery was replaced and the airbag warning light is likely a message error that needs resetting. This should have been examined prior to me picking up the car. Now I have to bring it back next week (first available appointment) for diagnosis and repair. I live a considerable distance from where the car is garaged at my mother's residence (she's 97 years old and barely drives) and the dealership is a distance from her home. This is frustrating and a waste of my time.

Nick and Igor were great to work with! They were both responsive and respectful. My only complaint is with the finance person we met with. He made a few condescending comments to me and was rude to another coworker in my presence, which made me uncomfortable.
