Very smooth experience, the staff were gracious and hospitable and well organized. Of course the finance guy was kind of a pest with extended warranty nonsense, but it didn't ruin the entire experience.

Willoughby Volkswagen has been very responsive and flexible with the service and needs of my car. Eric in service has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently scheduled an oil change at the wrong location and showed up at Willoughby, Eric made sure to get me in anyways although it was my mistake, which I really appreciated.
