This is my second visit in a row with poor customer service. This time I only received a text message saying my car was ready for pick up. No one ever called to tell me about the work that was done on my car, including having to go through my steering wheel to access the hood of my car. At this point I am considering not giving your establishment any more business due to consistently poor customer service.

Customer service is wonderful! From the time they greet you to updating you about your vehicle to finish. I couldn't ask for better service. It's the best service I have ever received at a dealership. VW is the best!
