We have now bought two Atlas vehicles and have used Igor both times. He always answers every question and made to sure to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford.

I went in to ask for my title since it’s been over a month and half since I purchased car and never got anything. I come in to ask and have no answers from the gentleman at the front desk.

After speaking with our title department, the title was mailed to the customer's home October 7th. He visited the dealership for a we owe key fob and was not reviewing his visit with our service department November 11th, 2024. He returned to the dealership and interacted with our finance manager 11/14/2024 and within 15 minutes of being here he received a memo title from our title department. The survey was filled out while he was being helped by another department.

First i want to start off by saying this is the best VW dealership in the area by a mile! Super friendly and customer service is always amazing! Eric and his team are awesome to work with, they make these headaches go away by working with their clients so they better understand what’s needed. I even overheard them breaking down costs for different customers and making them feel so good about what they are getting and why. Customer service is rare to find these days but here it’s always felt like home and family based! Whoever is in charge here job well done and don’t change. Keep taking care of your employees and make sure ERIC is always around, simply the best in the business. Thank you VW for always taking care of my family and i.
