My sales rep was very nice - she was polite and helpful. I just wish that dealers would not pull the same stunt over and over of let me tlak to my boss for the deal. Although I wanted the car, I did feel pressured. Secondly, I had just put new tires on the car I traded in and I felt I should have gotten more money for it. I think the dealership did some false advertising by saying they needed my 2022 Tiguan for a used car deal. Third, the process took entirely too long. From the beginning to end, I was there for 4 hours. And to show for it I got a car I liked but was not a deal at all.

I received courteous and efficient service. The car was serviced properly with no problems or issues and returned to me clean. Service staff made me feel special and my business important to them.
