My appointment to get an oil change was at 10:15 am. I dropped my vehicle off at 10 am and when I called Kevin at noon, he said no one had even looked at my car yet. Then I called again at 3pm and it was still not done. Despite Kevin’s apologies and excuses for the service department I was not happy with having to wait for nearly 7 hours for an oil change (and one recall.) I’ve been a loyal customer of yours for over a decade now. However, once my oil changes are no longer covered under the lease terms, I will go elsewhere to have my car serviced. Also— side note, in the past you used to give complementary car washes to customers who received service. Not sure if you stopped that but I did not receive one either.

I just didn’t like the fact that when I came in for the final setup for the VW app I had to sign more paperwork that should have been done already during the time of sale.

The app is still not setup correctly and I have had the car for two weeks. They had me at the dealership for hours the day I got the car and it is very disappointing that a brand new 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-Line does not work with the myVW app like it is supposed to. Apparently no one knows how to fix it, when I call the dealership no one knows when I call VW connected services no one knows.

Specials offered to me didn't show up in my rate for my mo they car note. Gap insurance was offered to me at no cost but then was charged to me. I traded in my Tiguan with 3rd row seating and went from a $500 car note to an $800 note. Highest I had ever spent. The dis ounts promised were not reflected in the completed sale.
